Shared Journeys

Shared Journeys are guided spaces held in community. They offer different ways of exploring who we have become, reconnecting with what is true, and integrating lived experience alongside others — with presence, care, and respect for individual rhythm.

Parenting: The Art of Connection
Online | 4 sessions · 2 hours each | Thursdays, starting June 4

A course rooted in the belief that connection is at the heart of parenting. Living in a world of separation and disconnection, we explore what it means to show up with empathy, compassion, and presence — for our children, for others, and for ourselves.

The Lab Experience
Every two weeks | Online | 4 Sessions in May and June

An ongoing space for those who want to keep meeting, practicing, and going deeper — together. The Lab is participatory and shaped by what is alive in the group. Less facilitation, more shared inquiry and presence.

Return to Essence
Online sessions | 4 weeks | Small group | Dates on request

A guided, time-bound group journey. This container offers a slow, structured space to explore how identity was shaped, what no longer fits, and what is essential beneath it all — gently, honestly, and in shared reflection. What unfolds here is meant to become part of your everyday life — and of you.

Return to Essence – dein Weg zurück zu dir

“This space was truly helpful to me. Nina prepared, presented, and wove NVC through the whole session in a way that felt alive and genuine. I am eager to return.”
— Rosemary Munala, Kenya

“A lovely group experience that gently raised questions of how we react to the world — and how nonviolent communication can bring us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other.”
— Ro Montgomery, Costa Rica
