You are not here because something is wrong with you. You are here because something is asking for your attention — quietly, but persistently.

You may recognise the feeling: running on automation, doing what’s expected, being who everyone needs you to be — and yet sensing that something essential is missing. Not a crisis. Just a knowing.

This is a space to pause, look inward honestly, and begin to find your way back to what is true for you.

There are different ways to walk this path. You are welcome to choose what feels right.

Individual accompaniment

A personal space to slow down and be met as you are in this moment. You can choose between individual accompaniment or empathy sessions. Both are held with presence and care, at your own pace — without judgement, fixing, or pressure, in service of finding your way back to yourself.

Safe group spaces

These are small group spaces where we meet in form of workshops. Together, we slow down, listen deeply, share openly, and reflect — supported by the presence of others. Each journey follows its own intention and rhythm, unfolding naturally over time.

Journeys of presence in Costa Rica

A chance to step out of your everyday life and slow down in a different way — in nature, in Costa Rica, with time and space to simply be. Held individually or in community, these retreats offer something that is harder to find in daily life: the stillness for things to integrate, and the space for remembering to unfold naturally.

This work is grounded in my own decade of inner work, lived experience, and practice — and in the depth of Nonviolent Communication,
enriched with inner child work, The Compass, The Work by Byron Katie, and other modalities.

“Nina holds space for empathy and compassion to happen — whilst handing us the tools to understand ourselves better. Being in her container felt like a meetup with friends, where we were able to express feelings and emotions without judgement. It is a reminder of how rich we actually are.”
— Alexander Braam, Holland

“Nina led us through a gentle and powerful arc of work to understand and practice the core principles of NVC. It was a wonderful, heart-connecting experience.”
— Lise Melvin, Costa Rica

“Beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field.
I’ll meet you there.”
